Courses
Combined Studies courses are based upon Areas of Study rather than single subjects, and can therefore draw upon the learning resources of 35 University disciplines providing around 1,500 different course units. Students choose 2 out of a possible 14 areas of study.
Blackboard 'Essentials'
'Essentials' sites are based on your Areas of Study and are a new resource for Combined Studies students. You can find these websites on your Blackboard: log onto Blackboard via the Student Portal or visit blackboard.manchester.ac.uk.
They are the place to find Careers information especially tailored for Combined Studies Students, important documents and policies and the answers to many common course-related questions, as well as much more.
