Notes on Course Unit Selection 2009/10

1. Feedback and Complaints

We recognise that the problems with the course unit selection process will have frustrated and angered those of you affected.  We have a process in place for you to provide feedback on any problems encountered and the feedback form can be found at:

http://windev.humanities.manchester.ac.uk/surveys/TakeSurvey.asp?surveyID=3LJ55351574K12

This feedback will be used to help improve the course unit selection process in the future.

If, however, you would like to make a formal complaint, then please email Russell Ashworth at russell.ashworth@manchester.ac.uk.   All complaints emailed to this address will receive a response.

Please note that the above mechanisms are for commenting on the difficulties you have encountered with the course unit selection process and should not be used to report a problem.  To report a problem, please contact your School or the University Help Desk.
