Staff Survey 2015: one week left
(7 April 2015)
If you have not already submitted your Staff Survey 2015, you now have only one week left to do so.
The take-up from Humanities staff has been encouraging with four of our five Schools and Faculty Office exceeding the 50% target response rate in the fourth week of the survey, and Faculty Office and the School of Law reaching 60%. This has resulted in a current overall response rate of 54% in Humanities and has greatly contributed to the University exceeding its 50% target.
However, the more people who complete the survey, the more useful the feedback is to the University so we would like the Humanities response rate to be even higher. We want to ensure that you feel encouraged, valued and motivated and the main way we can measure whether this is the case, is by asking for feedback about your experience of working here.
You should have received an email from Capita with a password and link to the survey. If you have not received this email please let your manager know.
By providing your views, you will also be helping to raise money for charity, as £1 will be donated for every survey completed. Two of the chosen charities are St Anne’s Hospice and The Mustard Tree. You can find out about their work in the videos below:
