New Year New You – Active Manchester’s eight-week enrolment courses start Monday 26 January. Come and join in the fun, learn a new activity and improve your co-ordination, strength, flexibility or just de-stress. There are sessions to suit all levels.
New for 2015 is The Barre Concept which is a combination of Pilates and Yoga fused with basic ballet; great for toning, strength and co-ordination.
Active Manchester also offer Tai Chi for health which is an excellent way to improve your posture and eliminate any stresses on your joints, as well as focussing your mind to make you feel relaxed and peaceful.
And for people wishing to get super fit there is also Kettlebells, Cardioblast and Insanity or, alternatively, try the Jivamukti Yoga which is a fast pace flowing yoga.
