New faces in IT support

As part of the new IT Support Centre, our local IT support teams have now changed.
IT staff are no longer dedicated to specific Faculties, Schools and PSS Directorates but, instead, are split into teams to cover the campus by building areas. This means that the IT staff you know and previously contacted may no longer be supporting your area.
If you require IT help and support you should always contact the IT Support Centre (not IT staff directly). Using the Support Centre will ensure that you get the help you need quickly, either immediately on the phone (calls are answered 24/7) or through an arranged IT analyst visit, at a time that is convenient for you.
