2015 Staff Survey Update

Following consultation with colleagues at the end of 2015, the details of the final version of the Faculty-level staff survey action plan were shared through PSS CoreMunicate and eNews in early 2016. A commitment was also made at this time to update colleagues on progress over the next six months.
The updated action plan is now available, and addresses actions against the four key themes identified on the 2015 survey. These relate to:
- change management;
- workload/work-life balance;
- teaching staff and teaching facilities.
While the Faculty is content with the rate of progress, the Humanities Senior Management Team will continue to monitor progress against the actions, and provide a further update in December 2016.
Updates on progress against local action plans have also been received from Schools and Faculty-level staff. Arrangements are in place for these progress reports to be circulated to colleagues shortly.
