(29 May 2015)

- Jason Archie-Acheampong, Master of Enterprise, 2013, Social Enterprise Consultant (Freelance).
The Division of Development and Alumni Relations team (DDAR) organise events during open days to show students what a degree from the University can mean. They can also provide project plans and data to help with communications and promotion.
The DDAR Humanities facing team can offer a range of support work including:
They can provide information on former students’ destinations, professions, and locations, and are happy to discuss contacting groups of alumni on your behalf. They can also let you know who your distinguished and notable alumni are.
Project planning tools
They have a suite of ‘off-the-shelf’ project plans for alumni engagement which can be shared with you on request. These include advice on setting up alumni-student project mentoring, external speaker sessions, and student-alumni networking events, including the considerations and timelines involved in establishing an engagement programme.
Communications and promotion
They have templates available for introductory messages, which can be used to re-engage your alumni. These cover plans for future communications, and invite feedback from former students on ideas for alumni programmes. They also have templates for inviting alumni to submit careers profiles and to talk at open days.
