IT Support Centre online - now open!

The new IT Support Centre offers you a new improved customer self-service system for IT support. The system allows you to ask for advice, report faults or request a maintenance call-out seamlessly.
You are now able to track your requests more easily than ever before and even book an appointment for an IT support visit, at a time that is convenient for you.
Bookable maintenance visits run from 9.30am through to 4pm each working day and IT teams now operate by campus area, with each team responsible for visiting groups of buildings located near to each other (along with a dedicated team for off-site University areas), bringing greater efficiencies in IT staff time.
A team of IT ‘quick responders’ will also be on standby to deal with any urgent requests that may arise, such as where teaching may be affected, for example.
As well as the online support, you can also get in touch with the Support Centre by telephone, with more staff now taking your calls than ever before. You can call the Support Centre on 0161 306 5544 (or internal 65544) at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
A walk-in IT Support Centre for University staff is also due to open in August.
