Wellbeing: Take part in Active Manchester and Book Break

Active Manchester

Staff can now book on to numerous Active Manchester courses which will be running from April.

The courses include

  • Cardioblast
  • Hula Hoop
  • Yoga
  • Zuma
  • Pilates

Please note that the Monday courses will end later due to two Bank Holidays during May.

The classes will be held in the Wellbeing Rooms, University Precinct. Active Manchester programmes will take place in the Simon Building from the end of June, when the Wellbeing Rooms will relocate there.


Book Break

Book Break is a new reading group with a difference. You do not have to read the book in advance. Instead just turn up, relax and follow along as a story is read aloud.

The first session will be on Thursday 19 March, from 4pm to 5.30pm in the Chill Out Room, Wellbeing Rooms, Precinct Centre.
