New University magazine
(4 March 2016)
The second edition of the University magazine is now available online and in newsstands across campus. The magazine includes the story of Jodrell Bank from 1945 to today – and beyond – as the international headquarters for the Square Kilometre Array project (the world’s largest radio telescope).
There are various Humanities stories including a behind the scenes look at our international humanitarian medical relief work, and an interview with Honorary Professor of Economics and Commercial Secretary to the Treasury, Baron Jim O’Neill of Gatley, in which he discusses how the University is a driving force behind the Northern Powerhouse.
