Watch: Lecture on the current Ebola situation

(5 November 2014)

The Humanitarian and Conflict Response Institute (HCRI), the Institute for Development and Policy Management (IDPM) and the Brooks World Poverty Institute (BWPI) will be hoping to raise awareness of the current Ebola situation during their annual lecture.

While the event is now sold out, you can still watch a livestreaming of the lecture on the HCRI website on Thursday 6 November. To watch, you simply have to log onto the HCRI website where, on the day, there will be a link to the livestream.

The 'Understanding Ebola' event will feature speakers working at the forefront of the current Ebola Response in West Africa. It will bring together anthropologists, medical doctors and humanitarian workers to critically reflect on progress to date and what more can be done.

The event will be held from 5.30pm in the Samuel Alexander Theatre.

You can find the full event details at the University of Manchester events webpage.
