Wellbeing Week (10 -14 November) is a week of FREE activities across campus designed to get you feeling good and functioning better.
In total, 104 events will be running as part of the week. All activities are completely free and most are drop-in, meaning you can decide whether to go on the day. See the full schedule and visit the website for registration.

Some highlights include:
Mindfulness – Wednesday 12 November, 5-6pm, Wellbeing Rooms, Precinct Centre
This workshop introduces Mindfulness: the skill of bringing awareness to the present moment in a non-judgmental way and includes breathing techniques. It is a very useful skill to learn and can help you to deal more effectively with anxiety or low mood and to learn how to relax more easily.
Strictly Come Dancing (Fit Steps) – Tuesday 11 November, 2-2.45pm, Council Chambers, Students’ Union
Are you an avid 'Strictly Come Dancing' fan? Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite - stars of the show have teamed up with six time world champion swimmer Mark Foster, a former Strictly contestant and an expert in fitness and conditioning, to produce a unique dance and fitness programme – ‘FitSteps’.
Staff coffee morning and nutritionist drop in – Thursday 13 November, 10am-12pm, The Atrium, University Place
Come along to the Atrium for free coffee, cakes and advice from our drop in Nutritionist.
Free Swim – Thursday 13 November, 9am-4pm, Aquatics Centre
Head down to the Armitage Centre for a free relaxing swim, do a few laps or just have a splash.
