November 2014

SEED staff member wins HumNet Treasure Hunt

(20 November 2014)

The Treasure Hunt, which was organised to celebrate the launch of the new HumNet, was won by Kat Bethell, from the School of Environment, Education and Development. Staff from across the Faculty entered the competition to win the £50 worth of book tokens and Kat was picked at random from all the correct entries.

The redeveloped HumNet was launched at the start of November and has a streamlined structure, based on industry best practice and feedback from staff. It is now aligned to the Faculty’s wider web designs and all content has been updated.

HumNet now includes a new News and Events section featuring:

  • Messages from the Dean and other senior staff
  • The latest Humanities developments and news stories
  • Humanities events, seminars and workshops
