Faculty PTES satisfaction score hits 80%

This year’s Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey has seen overall student satisfaction increase from 78% to 80% in Humanities. Four of our schools have an above 80% satisfaction rating, with Manchester Business School improving impressively on their score last year with an 8% to gain a 77% overall satisfaction rating. The School of Law also performed impressively increasing their overall satisfaction rating from 74% to 81%.

These improvements across the Faculty mark a trend in the right direction.

The results also show great improvement in other areas with the School of Law increasing satisfaction in the categories of ‘Teaching and Learning’, ‘Dissertation’ and ‘Organisation and Management’ of by over 10%. The Manchester Business School also improved impressively with the categories of ‘Teaching and Learning’, ‘Engagement and Assessment’ and ‘Feedback’ increasing by 8%, 6% and 9% respectively.
