All staff invited to continuous improvement taster event with BT
(4 September 2016)
Alliance Manchester Business School and BT have launched a new joint programme focused on delivering an innovative approach to learning and development in the workplace. The Continuous Improvement Programme has been developed to bring together BT’s operational experience of delivering enterprise-wide transformation with the academic insight of Alliance MBS.
The programme has three main aims: to help delegates understand what customers really want and value; give them the power to make changes; and help organisations to achieve their financial goals.
All staff (PSS and academic) with an interest in this area are invited to join one of three complimentary taster sessions, which will be led by BT’s Head of Group Transformation Practice, Karen Leftly.
The three taster session dates are:
- 20 September, 9.30am – 12.30pm at University of Manchester;
- 21 September, 5.30 – 7.30pm at BT Centre, London;
- 29 September, Pro-Manchester’s Hot Topics event 8.00 - 9.30am at University of Manchester.
