Sustainability Seminar Series opens
(9 January 2017)
As part of the staff learning and engagement programme, 10,000 Actions, the Environmental Sustainability team is launching a series of Sustainability Seminars, with the aim to outline the effects of sustainability at the University.
The first seminar takes places on Tuesday 10 January, in room G.205, Alan Turning Building and will focus on how the University uses energy, which costs approximately £12 million each year.
The Sustainability Seminar Series is open to all University staff and students and will be held every two weeks from January until May 2017. Every seminar will be held over lunchtime between 12-1pm, with time afterwards for informal discussion and engagement.
- More details of the sessions, including how to book a place, are available on StaffNet.
