Staff Survey 2017 is coming!
(7 February 2017)
It’s that time again when we ask you to give us feedback about your experience of working here.
Some of you will have taken part in previous surveys, in 2013 and 2015. Your feedback has been used to make real improvements across the University, and you will be able to read more about these in the coming weeks.
For some of you the survey will be completely new. It will tell us how staff are feeling right now and give us feedback that we can use to develop new action plans that will address any issues both across the University and at local level.
If we are to meet our ambitious Manchester 2020 goals we need staff to feel encouraged, valued and motivated… so please let us know what you think.
You will receive an email when the survey opens on Monday, 6 March 2017. It takes around 15 minutes to complete, and you can be sure that all the information you supply will be anonymous and treated in strictest confidence.
Everyone who completes the survey will be in with a chance of winning a mini break! Two people each week will be chosen at random to win a £250 voucher towards a mini break of their choice. Further details will be released when the survey opens.
You can also choose a charity to receive a donation from the University on your behalf – something that supports our third goal of social responsibility.
- You can read about the charities and vote on StaffNet.
