(7 April 2017)

The English Universities Programme has been re-launched with England participating in the upcoming 2017 Home Nations Event in Edinburgh, from 10 until 13 April.
The Programme is made up of three sports: hockey, football and rugby 7s, all with men’s and women’s teams.
The aim of the Programme is to offer students an opportunity to represent their country at the highest level within higher education.

The Humanities students selected are:
- Ellen Lockhart, Geography (hockey)
- Tom Lush, Politics and Modern History (hockey)
- Charlie Reed, Sociology (rugby)
- Asher Silverman, History (football)
