Audit Your Skills!

Start by taking a few minutes to reflect on your learning experiences so far. Jot down what you see as your key successes and failures, strengths and weaknesses. What comes quite naturally to you, and what do you feel is more of a challenge?
Learning Styles
If you'd like a more structured way of reflecting on your abilities, you could try completing one of the questionnaires available via the links on the right of this page.
Learning Styles questionnaires are designed to help you analyse your preferred approaches to learning and studying. Though there are obvious drawbacks to typecasting and categorising people, identifying your learning style can help you recognise your strengths and weaknesses. By having a greater understanding of other learning styles and approaches, you will have the tools to develop a wider range of learning capabilities.
There are a number of questionnaires designed to identify your learning style. The links for these are provided below.
Try completing a couple of the questionnaires available via the links on the right. Then make a few notes about how useful you found each of the questionnaires. You might want to consider: Which results seem most significant to you? Do you think the results accurately reflect your approach to learning?
