The University of Manchester is adopting Bb9 as our new Blended Learning Environment. Blackboard Vista/8 will be unsupported and unused from the end of the 2010-11 academic year. Please see our section on Bb9 for support and information on training, events and the transition plan.

The eLearning Strategy and Operational Plan is now available.

Getting Started in Blackboard

Get started in Blackboard by being a student! We have two courses, Familiarise yourself with Blackboard and eLearning essentials (see above). It is quick and easy to enrol on these 'courses' see the central eLearning website.
