Teaching Enhancement and Student Support (TESS)

Teaching Enhancement and Student Support (TESS) funds have not been allocated to the Unviersity for 2012/13. As such the Faculty has created the Teaching and Learning Enhancement Fund to support teaching innovation and enhancement of the student experience.

TESS Projects Funded in 2011/12

Awards of £1500 were available to support projects that will enhance the student experience using eLearning tools to impact upon some key areas, namely:

  • Student engagement
  • Assessment and feedback
  • Managing large groups
  • Foster student identity

See the links to the left of the page for examples of projects which have been funded in previous years.
