Emma Sivakumaran

Emma studied for a BA (Hons) in English Literature, and is now a marketing and editorial planner for SkyParlour PR and Communications.

My work history

Prior to joining SkyParlour I was a full-time student at Manchester University. During this time I worked part-time as a Ground Crew member for Galaxy Radio (now Capital), volunteered as a peer-mentor, student ambassador and student representative, and was on the committee for the Cheerleading, Dance and English and American Literature societies.

I also undertook work experience roles working with a documentary production company and an estate agent.

On my current role

Four days after my last exam I joined SkyParlour as an Account Executive. I have since been promoted to Senior Account Executive (March 2012), followed by Marketing and Editorial Planner for the agency (Jan 2013).
