Events

The department hosts a lively programme of seminars, public lectures and special events throughout the academic year.

These events showcase new research and provide a forum for discussion across a wide range of topics in the study of religion, theology, and philosophy.

Our Research Seminar Series and the Ehrhardt Seminar run regularly during term time, featuring contributions from departmental staff, visiting scholars, and postgraduate researchers.

We also host guest talks, book launches, and interdisciplinary events in collaboration with colleagues across the University and with external partners.

Everyone is welcome to attend, whether you are a student, member of staff, or part of the wider community. Most events are free to join and many are available in a hybrid format, both on campus and online.
