Lead People Partner, Academic

As Lead People Partner for Humanities, Suzanne supports the Faculty in shaping and delivering its key strategic people priorities. She works closely with the Dean and the Faculty Executive, offering guidance on a wide range of people‑related matters to enhance the employee experience and contribute to the Manchester 2035 strategy.

Suzanne leads the Academic Partnering team in Humanities. These partners collaborate with Heads of School and their leadership teams to establish and progress local people priorities and plans across the Faculty.

She joined the University in 2025, bringing experience from a variety of roles in the corporate sector across several industries.
