What our students say

Mya Arora

"My highlight [of the course] so far is the three-day  field trip I went on in second year.

This was for my Introduction to GIS course, and our whole class participated. I managed to explore a new part of England, while collecting data, building friendships and developing my fieldwork skills. I loved the practicalities and hands on experience this gave me. "

Caitlin Embradura

"My main draw to the University was the course.  Not many universities in the country offered it and it sounded interesting but also is very practical in present day.

The highlight of the course has been learning and reading more about the history of disaster management and humanitarianism. It has a long, fascinating past and practices are still evolving to this day. "
